Colegio la Cruz had the honor to receive around 36 students between 1st grade up to 6th grade from Colegio San Isidro, Cumbres, Everest, Highlands, Maitenes, and La Cruz as hosts, in its 2023 version of the Poetry and Public Speaking Contest. The poetic devices and imagery students employed in their pieces delighted the audience.
All students from 1st grade to 4th grade were excited and eager to participate. They were allowed to exercise creativity in their poetry, choosing their own styles and topics. As for the students of 5th -6th grade, the challenge was even bigger. They all performed really well, and we are more than proud to announce our winners in 5 out of six categories!
